A family’s tense existence in a scorched outback town is fractured when both the children disappear as a giant sandstorm blankets the desert. The process here was basically starting with the text being obliterated into sand and dust, and then scaling that effect back until we’d reached a quieter place.

Rather ignored on release, I’m really proud of having worked on this powerful and difficult film. Well worth seeking out.
